Return

If you are not satisfied with our product, we will give you the opportunity to return it within 14 days of the delivery date, taking into account that the product is undamaged and unused . Returning our products is at your own expense.

Returning your order in 3 steps

1. Return request
To request a return, please contact us by sending an email to info@aikicollection.com

It is important to include the following information in the email:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return

2. Return Form and Submit
After your request, you will receive the return form from us.
Complete it completely and add the form in the existing packaging.

The return form shows the address to which you can send the package.

Send the items including the return form in the original packaging to us. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code, as you are responsible as the sender.

3. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back to your bank account. The amount will be refunded within 3-7 days.
